Cliff has been a licensed Real Estate agent in Florida since 1986. His twenty years experience in both residential and commercial real estate make him uniquely qualified to handle all your real estate needs. As a resident of Sarasota/Venice area for the past 23 years, Cliff not only has an intrinsic understanding of the real estate market, but also the benefits and needs of the community.
Cliff's experience, dedication and integrity has been rewarded by the 2006 " Five Star-Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent" rating, a rating given to less than 7% of all licensed agents in the Sarasota/Venice area.
Cliff was the senior instructor for the Manasota Industry Council Entrepreneurial Training Program and a training specialist for the Long Boat Key Chamber of Commerce. Cliff taught computer classes at the Sarasota Technical Institute and served as a consultant for the Sarasota County School System. He operated his own Management Consulting business helping businesses improve their planning, marketing, operations, personnel development and profitability.
Prior to coming to Florida Cliff was Executive Vice President of Ideal Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of tools, fittings and specialty use products used worldwide. His corporate duties required extensive travel in Europe, South Africa, South America, Canada and the United States.
Cliff and his wife Winnie have six children, eight grandchildren and one great grand-son They are both active in community and church affairs.
