Franz and his wife Anneliese have been living here in the beautiful Venice/Sarasota area for over ten years and they are glad to have made that choice.
More than 50 years ago they left their native Germany and startet a new life in the USA.
For about four decades they made their home in Bergen County, New Jersey, where they raised their 2 sons - both succesful professionals now.
Although a US citizen since 1965, Franz is still totally bi-lingual and can give advise in both English and German.
